		<description>Actually, I am talking about starting something like a mutual fund. Investors (or partners) would put up money in exchange for at least a minimum guaranteed return. I would then take the money (along with my own) and "invest" it using these LPT. It would probably by a 50-50 split of the profits, again with some kind of guaranteed minimum return. 

Of course, I am still thinking about how exactly to do this. I am certainly open to suggestions.</description>
